Tasteful Holiday Experiences 2025 – Booking Policy

Deposits: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date for:

Catering

Personal Chef Experiences

Cooking Classes

Your date is confirmed once the deposit is received.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance will be invoiced and is due 14 days before your event.

  • Rescheduling: Life happens! Your deposit can be applied to one rescheduled date within 180 days of initial booked event (with at least 14 days’ notice and subject to availability).

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, except in the rare event that we must cancel.

  • If we must cancel, your deposit will be refunded in full, because your peace of mind matters to us.

  • Events canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date are subject to the full balance.

  • Important Notes:

    Final headcount, menu selections, and special requests are due 14 days before your event.
